The Engraving

Three Scenes, in 24 Karat Gold

Few dates in American history rival July 4, 1776, the day the Declaration of Independence was signed and the greatest nation civilization has ever known was given its beginning. To mark its 250th anniversary, High Caliber Gifts chose the Henry Golden Boy Silver, one of the most beloved and fairly priced rifles Henry makes, so this tribute could reach the widest circle of collectors.

The Golden Boy Silver wears a nickel-plated receiver that holds engraving beautifully. Three scenes are rendered in 24 karat gold, framed by hand-cut scroll work.

  • ITwo Flags and a Colonial SoldierThe original 13 star flag beside today's 50 star flag, with a colonial soldier standing watch between them.
  • IIThe Signing at Independence HallJohn Trumbull's painting of the signing of the Declaration in Philadelphia, July 4, 1776.
  • IIIThe Liberty BellThe enduring symbol of American independence, engraved on the receiver.
